Lite vs. Pro: which plan does what

AddressHero comes in two plans. The short version: Lite blocks format errors in the checkout, Pro additionally validates and corrects every order after checkout.

AddressHero Lite ($9.99 per month)

A flat monthly price, no per-order fees. Lite includes the in-checkout format checks and blocks the checkout when:

• the house number is missing
• special characters are detected
• a packing station or P.O. box is detected
• the email address has a typo

What Lite does NOT include: everything that happens after checkout. No validation against address databases, no automatic correction, no customer prompt on the Thank You page, no tagging, no on-hold workflow.

AddressHero Pro ($0.04 per validated order)

Everything from Lite, plus the full post-checkout suite:

• Validation of every order against official address databases
• Automatic correction of clear errors, with an AI pre-check for messy input in Germany, Austria and Switzerland (see AI-assisted address parsing (Pro))
• Customer prompt on the Thank You and Order Status page
• Order tagging, on-hold workflow, customer emails, Klaviyo integration

Which one should you pick?

• You mainly want to stop obviously broken entries (missing house numbers, packing stations): Lite is enough.
• You want addresses actually verified and corrected before fulfillment, with the workflows around it: Pro. This is what the vast majority of our merchants run, because the post-checkout stage is where wrong-but-well-formatted addresses (the expensive ones) get caught.

ℹ️ Note: express wallets like Apple Pay skip the checkout form, so Lite's in-checkout block cannot see those orders. Only Pro's post-checkout validation covers them. See Express wallets and landing-page checkouts.
