Yes, AddressHero is fully optimized for Shopify's current checkout architecture, including the One-Page Checkout and the latest Checkout Extensibility framework.

Why it is compatible

AddressHero is built entirely on Shopify Checkout UI Extensions, Shopify's native, sandboxed component system. It does not rely on legacy ScriptTags or theme modifications, so it works seamlessly with every current checkout version, One-Page Checkout included.

The extension appears in three locations:

• During checkout (shipping address step)
• On the Thank You page
• On the Order Status page

No theme changes or custom code needed. AddressHero works out of the box.

What works on all Shopify plans

• In-checkout format checks (missing house number, special characters, packing stations, email typos)
• Post-checkout validation on the Thank You and Order Status page
• Automatic correction
• Order tagging and the on-hold workflow

What requires Shopify Plus

• Blocking checkouts made via redirect-based or custom payment methods (iDEAL, Klarna, bank transfer), via the advanced checkout page UI extension. See Blocking invalid checkouts (Plus and non-Plus).
