The dashboard shows you HOW MANY addresses were corrected. The question we get all the time is: "Which orders exactly, and what was changed?" Here is the recommended flow.
Go to Address Validation > Tag Orders in the app and define tags for the cases you care about, for example:
Automatically corrected address
Manually corrected address (by the customer)
Per error type: missing house number, unconfirmed address, spelling errors
Correct address (if you want positive confirmation too)
A variable can include the incorrect address parts in the tag
Every matching order gets its tag automatically from then on.
⚠️ Important gotcha: the toggle "Remove tag label once address is corrected" deletes the tag again after the correction. If you want a permanent record of corrected orders, switch this toggle OFF.
In your Shopify admin, open Orders and filter by the tag (for example "Automatically corrected address"). You can save this filter as a view, and Shopify's standard order export exports exactly this filtered list, which answers the recurring "can I export all corrected orders?" question.
Open the order and check the order timeline: AddressHero logs the correction there with the before and after address.
The AddressHero dashboard aggregates error types and counts and deliberately stores no customer-identifiable list (see GDPR compliance). The tag-plus-Shopify-filter flow gives you the same insight inside the tool you already work in, including export.
