Social proof sells. You can display the offered product's reviews directly on your post-purchase offer to build trust in the seconds where the customer decides.
💡 In short: connect your review provider once in Settings, then add the review section to any offer layout.
In the app, go to Settings > Integrations.
Connect your review provider by entering the key it asks for.
Available integrations:
Provider | What you need | Where to find it |
|---|---|---|
Judge.me | Private API token | Shopify admin → Judge.me app → Settings → Integrations → View API token |
Reviews.io | Store ID and API key | dash.reviews.io → Integrations → API |
More providers are being added. If yours is missing, tell us via support, this helps us prioritize.
⚠️ Reviews.io requirements: API access requires the REVIEWS.io Plus plan. Ratings are looked up by the offered product's variant SKU, so a product without a SKU will not show a rating.
Open the Funnel Editor of the funnel.
Go to Design and edit the offer layout.
Add the Review section and position it per drag and drop, for example directly under the product.
Reviews shown always belong to the product currently offered, also when the AI recommendation picks the product dynamically.
If a product has no reviews yet, the section is simply not displayed for that offer.
If you open Settings to connect a provider while the Funnel Editor is still open in another tab, the review section's provider list updates automatically once you save, no reload needed.
⚠️ Judge.me and the average rating: Judge.me does not provide an overall rating per product to apps. The average shown on your offer is calculated from up to the first 100 reviews of the product, so it can differ slightly from the badge in your storefront for products with more reviews.
