The revenue in the table is revenue you would not have made without the offer.
Charges run through Shopify Billing and appear on your regular Shopify invoice. There is no separate payment setup and no external invoice. In the app, the Plans page shows your latest charges and the upsell revenue each charge is based on.
New installs of Post Purchase Upsell Hero can qualify for a discounted 1.5% revenue share plan instead of the standard 2.5%.
This plan is not self-serve. Contact support after installing the app and ask them to apply the discounted plan to your store.
The 2.5% fee is charged when the upsell revenue is generated, at the moment the customer accepts the offer. Refunding or cancelling the upsell item afterwards does not automatically reverse that charge.
There is no self-service refund flow for the fee. If you believe a fee adjustment is warranted after refunding an upsell, contact support with the order numbers involved. Support reviews the affected orders and revenue totals and decides on a case-by-case basis, a fee refund is not guaranteed.
If you consistently hit the cap or have special requirements, talk to us about a custom plan. Reach out via support or book a call, see Support and contact.
