Questions about the app, your setup, or a specific order? We are happy to help, and real humans answer.
Contact us
In-app chat: open the support chat directly in the app. This is the fastest way, and your store context is already attached.
Email: [email protected]
For order-specific questions, include your store URL and the order number, then we can check the exact order right away.
Request a funnel review
Want feedback on a funnel you built? Reach out through the in-app chat or by email and ask us to review it.
To look at your funnel, we need access to your store. Share your Shopify collaborator request code as described in How to provide store access, we request access, and once you approve it we review the funnel and send you feedback.
Book a personal call
