PaymentHero has two plans, both with a 14-day free trial, so there is no risk in trying it.

Basic: $9.99 per month

• Up to 25 payment rules

• Yearly pricing: $199.99, two months free

Billing

Charges run through your regular monthly Shopify invoice, in USD. There is no separate payment setup.

Canceling

Uninstalling the app automatically cancels the subscription, there is nothing else to do. To switch plans, open the plan selection in the app.

Shopify can take a few hours to process the cancellation. To confirm it went through, check Settings → Billing in your Shopify admin and make sure no PaymentHero charge is listed as active. If a charge still lands after you uninstalled, contact support with your store URL and the billing period, and we refund it as Shopify app credits.
