Post Purchase Upsell Hero ("the App") provides merchants with tools to display post-purchase product offers on Shopify stores ("the Service").

With Post Purchase Upsell Hero, merchants can show one-click upsell offers on the Shopify-hosted post-purchase page after checkout. Accepted offers are added to the customer's original order.

Personal Information the App Collects

When you install the App, we are automatically able to access certain types of information from your Shopify account:

• Access to products, collections and inventory in order to display and recommend upsell products.
• Access to orders and checkout information in order to trigger funnels, add accepted upsells to the order, and report upsell performance.
• Store details such as store name, store email, store language and installed apps for integration purposes.

Additionally, we may collect the following types of personal information once you have installed the App:

• Information about you and others who may access the App on behalf of your store, such as your name, address, email address, phone number, and billing information.
• Information about individuals who visit your store, such as their IP address, web browser details, time zone, and information about the cookies installed on the particular device.

We collect personal information directly from the relevant individual, through your Shopify account, or using the following technologies:

• Cookies: data files placed on your device that often include an anonymous unique identifier.
• Log files: track actions occurring on the site, and collect data including IP address, browser type, Internet service provider, referring/exit pages, and date/time stamps.
• Web beacons, tags, and pixels: electronic files used to record information about browsing.

How Do We Use Your Personal Information?

We use the personal information we collect from you and your customers in order to provide the Service and operate the App. Specifically, we use personal information to:

• Display post-purchase upsell offers and add accepted offers to the customer's order.
• Recommend relevant upsell products based on order contents.
• Allow you to configure funnels, triggers and offer layouts for different customer segments.
• Communicate with you and provide support.
• Optimize or improve the App.
• Provide you with information relating to our products or services.

We do not sell personal data. We may share your personal information with:

• Service providers who help us operate the App (e.g. hosting, customer support).
